Manheim, Penryn, and Mastersonville Fire Departments along with Northwest Ambulance and Manheim Boro Police participated in a mock drill at Manheim Central High School this morning. The fire company performed rescue operations on the vehicles with EMS providing first aid and Manheim Boro PD investigating the incident. There were several speakers tell the students what was occurring at the scene and the follow up to an accident. A mother also told the story of her son, who passed away in a vehicle accident several years ago. Manheim Fire Department would like to extend our thanks to Manheim Central High School for hosting this drill for their students.
